The applicable seller or service provider remains responsible for the products or services supplied by them, subject to applicable law.
6. MERCHANTS AND PRODUCT LISTINGS
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their product listings, descriptions, prices, images, availability and other information are accurate to the extent required by law.

8. GROCERY AND GENERAL PRODUCTS
Products listed on ONVVIZO may be supplied by participating stores or merchants.
The applicable merchant is responsible for product availability, applicable product information and fulfilment.
For perishable products, freshness and shelf life may naturally vary.
